More a character study than an action film (um, that's an understatement), this 1983 Oscar-nominee about seven baby-boomer friends who meet at their mutual friend's funeral is a nuanced, paced film about grief, regret, love and friendship.

A bunch of the Dorks weren't quite sure what to make of it, having watched it for the first time in preparation for this very episode, but after much discussion and conversation, we agreed that there's more to this film than there appears to be.
